Our Story
Books & Bards is an online literary gifts, apparel, accessories, and independent book store.
We offer a curated selection of over 400 literary-themed items, including tees, mugs, literary candles and posters, with an entire product tier dedicated to classic literature, vintage aesthetics, and the fine arts.
We are inspired by great literature and poetry. We welcome bards, writers, and book lovers.

Books & Bards was founded in 2016 on January 19 - Edgar A. Poe's birthday.
Our literary customers have included The Poe Museum, The museum shop of Berkshire County Historical Society at Herman Melville's Arrowhead and book festivals.
We specialize in classics and literary themes. We also sell new books and other merchandise through our Random House, Penguin Classics, Simon & Schuster, and Scholastic accounts.
