RETURNS
Books & Bards provides returns and exchanges for up to 30 days of purchase, or as stated by our affiliates/vendors terms for refunds. We will only refund delivery charges if you originally received a faulty product, or if we shipped you the wrong item.
Otherwise you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Merchandise must be in original condition. Tags must not be removed from apparel.
To process a return, email us at: info@booksandbards.com. We will reply with instructions and a mailing address on how to ship your item back to us.
ORDERS
Most orders take 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) for processing, packing, and shipping from our warehouses within the United States.
Orders immediately flow to the warehouse for fulfillment so we are unable to accommodate address edits, order changes, or cancellations once an order has been processed into the system.
Please note: Our online Books & Bards store ships only to customers located in the U.S.
International shoppers can visit our Etsy shop for hundreds of selections.
SHIPPING
Within the U.S., orders sent by First-Class Mail and Carrier typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by the USPS or other shipping services and will not be able to reimburse shipping costs due to carrier delays.
Once an item is marked delivered via USPS or Carrier tracking, we are not responsible for stolen packages.
